Also, I would like to analyze furthermore destruction of Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, but on a level of concepts and ideas - political unity, identity, nationalism, common goals, ethnic differences etc. For instance, was the identity or the lack of national identity one of the causes? If so, is European integration careful enough when using EU identity tools? Being libertarian myself I have my doubts about Superstate per se. Nevertheless, I appreciate to live in time of International Law, European Integration, www and Globalization for many reasons. The last but not the least, I have two sons :o) – Nikola (4) and Luka (6 months).

After attending the “ Political Campaigns School” in Leadership Institute, Arlington, VA, USA, I was able to be more involved in working with political parties in Macedonia. I work with elected officials, community leaders, party members and activists in assisting them to establish better internal and external communication, establish and focus on their party message, organize and prepare local plans for the party activities in the period between elections. By organizing focus groups and polls for the government and opposition parties we assist them define and focus on issues which are important to citizens, and according to that to prepare their party messages and platform. I have hosted, organized and acted as election observer for several elections in Macedonia and as an International Election Observer for Local Elections in Albania on February 2007. At the same time my work with Women’s and Youth Forums has been to strengthen these entities, to improve their representation in key leadership roles in the parties, especially train and prepare women leaders for the smaller communities. I look forward to learn new skills and techniques of working with such diverse groups of parties and people, especially because I think there is still more to be done in how people tend to have a constructive dialogue or find a peaceful resolution for different conflicts.

My name is ZORICA Mrsevic. I obtained BA, MA (1983) and PHD (1986) at the Law School, University of Belgrade. I have worked as researcher since 1979 to present. My academic affiliation from 1999 to present is Center for Legal Research of Institute for Social Sciences Research in Belgrade. I teach Women’s Rights and Theory of Violence in Women's Studies Belgrade from 1992 to present. As a Gender Issues Advisor in OSCE Mission in Serbia & Montenegro I have worked since 2001. In my daily work I face often with patriarchal values, traditional customs and stereotypically determined gender roles. In addition to this, in communication with the local partners and beneficiaries of the OSCE, there are moments of hostility against "foreign influences", interference in "domestic" affairs, of at least different perceptions of what democracy really means, what are the Europeans standards regulating democracy, what are the ways of introducing changes, etc. In a meanwhile, the organizational structure is a challenge by itself, since in my work environment are international colleagues came from various countries and even continents carrying with them various views of work methods and work cooperation, as well as different communication models.
