I am BOJANA Stojmenovska, 20 years old and I am a second year student in the Communication Sciences department on the South East European University in Tetovo, Macedonia. By far I have participated and regularly visit and engage in events organized by NGO's and foundations as "Euro Balkan", "Simulation of Negotiation" by Milenijum and I have recently become a member of the "Lions Club International". I have had plenty of multicultural and international experience by far since I have spent several years living in the UAE, I graduated in a private American high school where I have, unfortunately, often witnessed conflicts based on race, ethnicity, gender, sex, religion and nationality. Therefore it has become a challenge for me to learn more about the manners in which the arousal of conflicts alike can be avoided, mediated and solved especially since the nature of the region in which I live has a tendency towards engaging in conflicts. Furthermore, I am currently researching areas of study which I intend to specialize once I am done with my graduate studies next year.

Hello, I am DELIA Mihu. I live in Hungary. My background is Psychology and International Relations. I am very interested in deliberative democracy, nations and identity, and conflict resolution (at international level). I am now a student in MA international relations in another country than my native one, but before this i worked in an international organization for children rights protection. The most original thing done in this project (of 10 years) was children empowerment. It meant letting children express their vision on the life and development: it was given to them the decision power, a budget and criteria for community projects initiatives. It was a pleasure and a challenge to let the ones who will live in those community decide and shape their living. I am so gad to be part of this team and to gain knowledge and experience for growing together.
