I am working for the United Nations Mission in Kosovo since July 1999, initially for the UN Regional Administrator of Gjilan region as his personal assistant, and currently working in the office of the UNMIK Representative in the Ministry of
Communities and Returns within PISG structures (provisional Institutions of Self Government), Prishtina- Kosova. I have substantial experience in my chosen field of study and especially I gained this experience working for UN and especially I am interested in Local Government where I did few researches regarding aforesaid subject. Also it is worth to mention that in July 2004 I acted as guide for Prof. Robert J. Donia, visiting Professor from University of Michigan (fall 2004), during a research trip to investigate local government practices in Kosovo. I also presented few researches and seminar works during my studies. I also attended few International seminars/conferences such us: "Conflict Management through theatre workshop" from Feb 4 - Feb 9, 04 in Ohrid, Macedonia, "CHALLENGING IDENTITY- Balkan's future in EU" Ptuj, Slovenia- Mar 24 ? Mar 28, 04, etc. I am very interested in these fields and plan to continue working in that direction. I live in Gjilan Municipality with my wife and newly born daughter where I finished my primary and high school with mayor in Social Sciences.

AZRA (daughter of Muhamed) Kadić born on 1973 in Sarajevo. Permanently

CSONGOR Farkas. I was born on 31st August, 1977. in Subotica, Serbia (Yugoslavia then). My nationality is hungarian. My father was working in a factory as a mechanic, my mother, a nurse in Subotica public hospital. I have a younger brother. I finished my elementary and secondary education in my hometown, after which I attended Faculty of Cilic Engineering in Budapest, Hungary. Because of material situation in our family I had to leave it and I came back to Subotica and attended Engineering School on subject of Robotics. Meanwhile I began to be active in NGO sector in Serbia, founded one (Youth and Eco Life) and started new education, Leadreship and Developemental Youth Work, a level, organized by Forum SYD Balkans Programme (former PRONI programme)- from Sveden. One week ago, I got the job of Junior Youth Worker (half time) in our local Youth Club, where I practice my new profession. In our local NGO (Youth and Eco Life) we are proposing healthy and ecological thinking among the youth, by organizing street events, voluntary actions, festivals. I am the founder and the moderator of local youth NGO internet forum. I am interested in all youth related issues, computer, internet, communication. I drive car and I don’t smoke.

DINA Tiljak (Zagreb, 29.9.1981) lives in Zagreb and works as a music teacher and a youth trainer facilitating activity and development of youth NGOs. Obtained a diploma in Musicology at the Music academy of Zagreb in 2005. Since 1999 participates trainings of non-formal education (Stupava, Strasbourg, Mosonmagyarovar, Budapest, London) and youth meetings (Rome, Budapest, Barcelona), as well as formal music education courses (Zagreb, Graz). Organises educational courses and meetings for youth NGOs in different regions of Croatia. Is active in the Initiative for peace and co-operation building (between war veterans and human rights organisations in Croatia). Was a representative of the Youth 2002 event held in Denmark at the European and World Economic Summit (Salzburg 2002, Davos 2003). In 2001 took a summer course in 'Study of western european institutions' in Notre Dame University, USA. Is active on facilitating activity and self-employment of young classical musicians. Volunteers at music festivals and conferences (Leuven, Graz, Athens), and organises acustic music events (Twisted Carols competition, International day of cultural diversity concerts). Is fluent in English, good in German, and has a basic knowledge of Spanish language. She is a member of Centre for Peace Studies, Zagreb and a back-vocal in the rockabilly music group 'Tom and Twisters'.
DRAGAN Atanasov.
He works in Non-Governmental Organizations since 2001. During this time he has actively taken part into many projects and activities. Dragan Atanasov has participated at trainings and seminars about Forum Theatre, Mediation, Conflict Resolution, Non-formal Education. Human Rights, the YOUTH programme and other topics. In the organizations he works with the young volunteers and helps in coordinating the current events and project. DRAGAN Markoski, Kavadarci.
Student of International Relations and European studies at the University of New York in Skopje. Also student of the FORUM SYD program in Skopje. Member of the Council for Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency since 2001 and the NGO RUBIKON. He is establisher of the MMUN club, and the European Club. He has participated on many seminars and been trainer on forum theatre on few international workshops, as well a trainer in other local workshops. His future ambitions are creating of a Multicultural Research Centre, as well as building a capacity of young leaders from Kavadarci who would be ready to invest their time in society activities. He is always open for cooperation!
My name is ELIZABETA Hopic, 26 years old, born in Travnik, living in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. I have completed Teacher Training School. When I was on a second year of the University (Department for Psychology) I had to start working and a show still goes on… I had worked with World Vision International for almost two years and then moved to UNICEF where I am still holding a position of Programme Assistant. In the past, I had worked on various projects such as Sub-regional HIV/AIDS and Sub-regional Trafficking in Human Beings.
EREBLIR Kadriu. I graduated with honours from St. Mary's College of California with a mayor in
Psychology and minor in Sociology and Anthropology. I am currently an Assistant
Professor at the University of Prishtina, Social Psychology course. I also work
as a teacher of Psychology and Sociology at the American School of Kosova and
also as a Guidance Counselor. I have substantial experience in social science
scientific research. I have conducted authentic studies about several important
social issues related to the Balkans, more specifically Kosova. Among others, I
have presented two studies, one about interethnic relations and the other one
about inter-religious relations among young Kosovars in the post-war period, in
national conferences in the US. I am very interested in these fields (research
on social issues) and plan to continue working in that direction.
I am FATMIR Hyseni 22 years old, I live in Prishtina the capital of Kosova. I have graduated in Gymnasium secondary school and studying Economic at Prishtina University, actually working with different Youth Organizations as Volunteer assistant and Volunteer Project Manager.
Than I started to work with one" Youth Forum of LDK" an, as an volunteer assistant for the period 2000-2005 and still involved “ Youth Forum of LDK’’ The job that I have been doing as Volunteer Assistant gave me understanding in financial issues, writing reports, problem solving, working with team, developing ideas in creative way and taking initiatives. I am still involved in some social project promoted by “ Youth Forum of LDK”. Actually working as Volunteer Project Manager for YES-Kosova (Young Europeans for Security Organization in Kosova, now managing a Project “People on cross road” Documentary Film. HASAN Zahirovic. Born in Brcko in 1975 but having education in several Bosnian and foreign cities. Gratuated Islamic
Pedagogical Academy in Zenica, Philosofical Faculty (Pedagogy) in Sarajevo and contemporary a junior at the Acting Academy in Mostar. Working as a pedagogue

My name is IVANA Durutovic, and I am a final year medical student, University of Montenegro. Since 1998, I am working in NGO sector, as trainer for human rights, in different organizations. I am also member of different association like MENSA and different associations of medical students. I hope that my work in NGO sector contribute to more democratic society in Montenegro. JASMIN Jasarevic. I was born in Brcko in 1976 where I live now with my family, wife and two kids (twins) that I adore. I finished three years Jonkoping (Sweden) University course for "Youth work, leadership and training skills" and now I am student of second year of Pedagogy at University of Eastern Sarajevo. Professionally I was working on humanitarian de-mining trough hole B&H for two and half years and than, in Jun 1998, I started to work for youth NGO PRONI in Brcko where I had different roles, from Assistant coordinator trough Education coordinator to the role of Youth club manager that I am working at now. I was also leader of many small and bigger scale projects and trainings and involve in fund raising and strategy development of our NGO. Also I was representing our work at many conferences and trainings where I participated and many times I was a group leader in local and international youth exchanges. Beside this I was playing professionally volleyball in Brcko team, run youth radio programme, finished and held many trainings on different topics and I am still actively involved in creation of better position for youth in Brcko and B&H.

Working experience: 2000. Taking a part in political campaign “Your voice, voice of difference” in September 2000. I became a member of NGO “BIBIJA”-Rroma Women's Center as an administrative support and translator in English. During this time I had gained knowledge of project planning and writing skills what gave me an opportunity to develop some projects. At the moment, I am still working in NGO “BIBIJA” as an administrative support, translator and project assistant. 2000-2002. I worked in the Radio “POLITIKA” as a journalist. I worked as the author of the radio show about film called “Cinemaniac”, but also as a journalist and a speaker in informational editorial office.1996. For several months I was a journalist in the editorial office of the sport magazine “Sprint” for several months.
1993.-1996. Member of editorial office at that time newly formed Radio “POLITIKA” and passed complete journalistic training trough teenage show “Gluvarenje”. Additional information: During my work in NGO “BIBIJA”-Rroma Women’s Center I had organized and participated in several human rights trainings- especially concerning women’s human rights. In 2004. KLIMENT Gligorov, Town: Skopje, Education: Faculty of Economics, B.Sc. in Management. Born 16.03.1980 in Skopje Currently I’m working on program for Minority Rights in Practice (regional initiative) implementing by NGO Common Values since March 2005. Working on issues for decentralization, evaluation on conducting decentralization processes in Macedonia, respecting ethnic minority rights in institutions etc. I was consultant on the project “Establishing an NGO or profitable organization comprised of Local Government Reform Project staff” , funded by US AID. I was a member of team who prepare address book for all NGO’s present in Macedonia by Macedonian Center for International Cooperation. Currently I'm working in a Web development company as SEO( Search engine optimizer) trainee and project coordinator for movie portal. Attended workshops about self-effectivness and transactional analysis(TA).Participated in writing first croatian Case study - "Spin Valis", for the Croatian Competitive Business Forum held in Opatija, for which we have gained rectors award.Previously worked as a hospitality for various film festivals, accounting assistant(Eureka d.o.o.), promo-leader(Allied Domecq Agencies) and a volunteer for NGO "Society for croatian-tibetian friendship". Presently we are developing sinopsys for documentary about "Old Civilizations before modern history".

My name is MARIJA Blazevska and I come from Skopje, Macedonia. I am a re-born student of law at the “Sts.Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje, love the subject, don’t love the faculty that much. I am a sworn pacifist and firmly believe in rule of law. My biggest interest in life are human rights and inter-ethnic tolerance and thus when I grow up I’d love to make a fine human rights activist. I am also very passionate about good books and deeply in love with Harry Potter J. My friends claim I am unreasonably fond of all things British but I did live in London for nearly three years and fell in love with UK and Ireland. I am currently studying Turkish because it is such a beautiful language, though damn hard if you ask me. Used to speak descent French and German but unfortunately that is no longer so because of the lack of using. At the present I am concentrating on my studies so hopefully I could do an MA in human rights abroad afterwards. In the meantime I am trying to attend as many summer/winter courses as I can, this being my first virtual one.
MARKO Nisevic. I was born in Zagreb, Croatia 24th of April 1977. I have been learning English for 10 years & consider myself a person who speaks the language fluently. I am a senior at my college (Faculty of political sciences & journalism at Zagreb), with 2 more exams to pass. I am also a member of CPP (Croatian people*s party), vice president of Zagreb youth organization. As a member of my party I have participate in some trainings: International republican Institute – IRI - training: how to win elections, participation of youth in politics, and, recently an ISEEL (young liberals of S-E Europe) seminar called: Brain Drain, about problems of young, educated people leaving their countries, searching for an opportunity for better life. My working experience is 5 years in Croatian television, where I was an archivist and data base manager. I also have a little of journalist experience, since I have been an intern at Croatian radio station called Radio 101.

MIRIJE Sulmati, born in Kicevo (Macedonia), on the 11 th of May, 1984. I am a studet of Political Science at the Faculty of Law in Skopje. I am one of the founders and Executive Board Member of the European Youth Parliament in Macedonia. Except for this I am actively involved for four years in the Blue Sky Network (an initiative of the British Council) and for one year in the Youth Voices Group (an initiative of the World Bank). At the moment I am working for the biggest youth project in Macedonia called “Together for Youth” managed by the British Council and financially supported by the European Agency for Reconstruction. I have attended many seminars and trainings in Macedonia and many European Countries. I enjoy working with young people.

The best NGO Experience: 2005/I am NGO activist affiliated with the NGO “Lawyers for Democracy” of Belgrade, where I am active member of Center for Cyberlaw. I have been involved in various LfD’s activities from the foundation of the association to its today’s activities (many projects, including our bimonthly magazine “Lex Forum”which focuses on various issues related to the rule of law and democracy). During the last couple of months, I have been further engaged with the activities of LfD’s Center for Cyberlaw. Also, my interests were in particular the areas of e-government, e-commerce, as well as e-education and distance learning by Internet. Lately, I have been helping and assisting my fellows from the association in organisation of First Legal Congress on the Rule of Law and Democracy entitled “Local Self-Governance – Regionalism – European Standards” organized by LfD in cooperation with the Ministry for State Administration and Local Self-Governance, to be held on May, 2006 in Belgrade. In particular, I have been involving in promotional activities and marketing support to this event.
NENAD Bumbic. Hopefully when you read this I will have masters in Retail Management and Marketing if not I’m post-grad at Belgrade University. I’m also Travel writer. Well not that much of writing, just articles in Travel Magazine plus political and Oh soooo exciting pieces on economy in some magazines ( when they do not have any articles to publish but my junk). NENAD Kozić, worked on the creation and implementation of the campaign for the reform of social sector in RS and BiH, on project “40 days dialogue about social reforms” with government of RS (2003.) and before that he had been a consultant for the fields of employment and training working for the Agency «SPEKTAR» from Banja Luka in 2002. and 2003. Beeing on the post of external cooperator with IOM, he worked on the program of demobilised soldiers' reentering civil society. As a coordinator of the team for processing the votes, he gave his contribution to the civil monitoring of the elections in BIH in 2002. In the same year he attended school for young leaders organised by National Democratic Institute from Washington. His work in non-governmental sector began in 1998. in an international students' organisation AIESEC in Banja Luka, where he was on the post of Vicepresident for the projects, President and Director for the programes. He was also one of the authorised trainers for the
territory of Former Yugoslavia in the field of management. Besides these, he also did a number of trainings in the fields of nonprofit sector and civil society. Now, he is president of NGO «EDUCA» placed in Gradiska, Bosnia and Hercegovina.

Hi! I’m NORA Sabo, and I am 21 years old. I come from Subotica, currently I am living and studying in Belgrade – Faculty of civil defense – Human resources management. I have also studied Youth work for 2 years - School of Education and Communication University of Jönköping, Sweden joint with Forum Syd Balkans/ex - PRONI Institute of Social Education. I am working as a program coordinator at the Multicultural Youth Center – Caritas SCG in Belgrade and I am also working as a Youth Director at the Belgrade – Savski Venac local Red Cross branch. I am in the Red Cross for 8 years, started as a volunteer, then as a trainer, and now besides my work at the local branch I am running training courses and seminars concerning Dissemination od International Humanitarian Law(IHL), as well as a program for high school students Exploration on IHL. I am also a free lance trainer in the fields of youth work, communication and management (project writing), and also HIV/aids and drugs prevention. I like traveling and getting to know different cultures and people, trying new cousine. I am OLIVERA Lazarovska from Skopje, 22 years old. I study political science (department of international relations) at the state University in Skopje. I also attend the PRONI University Course, Leadership and Development Youth Work- Jonkoping University Sweden . Since 1995 I’ve volunteered in various projects. My first voluntary experience was when I was 11 in the First children embassy “Megjashi” in Skopje. We were organizing projects, concerts, events; in order to collect aid for the children in Bosnia and Herzegovina. and all the other children who needed our help. I am SHQIPE Mjekiqi born on March 10, 1985 in Prishtina. I have graduated from the University of Prishtina / Department of Political Science and Public Administration this year (2005), and gained the Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.
